Being in front of the camera and “hamming it up” was always Julie’s first love.  She discovered at the tender age of 5, how great it could be to play someone entirely different from herself.  Sitting in kindergarten class, as they were casting the show, “Pierre and the Lion”, the teachers asked, “Who wants to be Pierre?”  Lots of little boys raised their hands, and so did Julie.  The young boys turned to her and said, “You can’t be Pierre, you’re a girl.”  The teachers found this awfully amusing, and awarded the part to Julie. 

Ever since, she has loved being able to help other people escape their everyday lives by entertaining them.  Acting in numerous popular stage, television, and movie productions as well as having a ‘hands on’ approach to the creating, writing, fundraising, marketing and producing segments with a Bachelors Degree in Television Broadcasting from Regis College in Boston, Massachusetts - Julie Minta is not one to sit back on her laurels, when you meet this busy and determined young woman, you discover that she is someone you won’t forget!
